குவாடரும் அதை ஒட்டியுள்ள இடங்களும் 1783லிருந்து 1958 செப்டம்பர் வரை மசுக்கட், ஓமான் சூல்தானேட்டுகளுக்கு உரிமையுள்ளதாக இருந்தது.1958 செப்டம்பர் 8 அன்று பாக்கித்தான் இப்பகுதியை வாங்கியது. டிசம்பர் 8, 1958 இப்பகுதியின் கட்டுப்பாட்டை பாக்கித்தான் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு யூலை 1, 1977 அன்று பலூச்சித்தான் மாகாணந்துடன் குவாடர் மாவட்டம் பெயரில் இணைந்தது.
